Jews, Christians, and Muslims: Allies in Pursuit of Truth, Virtue, and the Common Good?

To what extent do Christianity, Judaism, and Islam have a shared way of determining truth, and a shared vision of virtue and the common good? Does that shared vision have the potential to help heal society’s deep divisions and restore faith in the American social and political order?

On February 10, RFI held a virtual event, “Jews, Christians, and Muslims: Allies in Pursuit of Truth, Virtue, and the Common Good?” featuring three world renowned scholars, Dr. John Finnis, Rabbi David Novak, and Shaykh Hamza Yusuf, in which the above questions were explored. Kent Hill, RFI Senior Fellow, and Ismail Royer, Director of RFI’s Islam and Religious Freedom Action Team, hosted the event, which was the fourth and final in a series exploring truth, virtue and the common good in monotheistic religions.
